About Andrea

You know those thoughts that say “I’m not worthy,” or “I’m not good enough?” It is time to remember that you are a human first and that you deserve to feel safe in exploring the most authentic version of yourself to realize that is way more than “not good enough.” Too often, our self-limiting beliefs hold us back from our full potential. I empower clients to take that power back and write their stories for themselves rather than live the ones of others.

I use a strengths-based approach in therapy along with a trauma-informed lens, using your resilience to discover the narrative that you want to write for your life.

We all deserve to feel heard, seen, and understood. I work with kids, teens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to find these areas of empowerment to produce the change they desire. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem/body image, grief/loss, attachment issues, suicidal ideation, and trauma.

I am LGBTQ aligned, sex-, kink-, poly-, and gender-affirming, and I look forward to providing the safe space that we all deserve to explore whatever it is you have been yearning for.

I am currently seeing clients in person in Morgan Hill as well as online by video.
