I believe therapy works best when clients feel truly seen, in all the parts of who they are. I’ve spent much of my career working alongside people of color, clients from a wide range of religious and spiritual backgrounds, and neurodivergent individuals, and I bring that same depth of respect and curiosity to every new client I meet. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I’m especially passionate about creating affirming space for queer clients and queer couples, and I welcome the chance to talk openly about identity, relationships, and family in whatever way feels right for you.

I love working with teens and adults alike, and I find real meaning in walking alongside clients through big life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the ups and downs of family and relationship dynamics. My approach is warm and person-centered, grounded in cultural humility and a genuine commitment to learning from every client I work with. I show up with openness rather than assumptions, and I believe that good therapy is always a two-way relationship built on trust.

Whether you’re navigating a major change, working through anxiety or depression, or wanting support with family or relationship concerns, I’d love to offer you a space that is thoughtful, affirming, and human.
