Seeking out therapy is a brave act and a bold step in creating positive change in your life. My goal is to help my clients recognize their needs and take the steps to get them met. Facing traumatic experiences, creating new thought patterns, and learning healthy coping techniques can be difficult, but finding peace and acceptance makes it worth it
Often in life we feel stuck and simply don’t know where to start. I work collaboratively with my clients to define their needs and goals, and tailor an integrative approach that works best for them. I utilize a combination of ACT, CBT, and Feminist approaches to address my client’s needs.
I work with both adolescents and adults who are seeking positive change in their relationships and individual mental health. I have experience in treating sexual disorders, sexual addiction, and eating disorders. Additionally, I have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community, the kink community, and people in alternative relationship styles.
In our LGBTQIA+ community, we all deserve a space to feel seen, heard, and celebrated. As a member of the community, it is my goal to create a safe environment that empowers you to make changes that lead to a meaningful, authentic, and fulfilled life.
I am also a member of the hard of hearing community and I am fluent in American Sign Language. I proudly advocate for equitable counseling services within the community.
