Taking the first step can often be the hardest, but once you’ve done it, you prove to yourself what it is you’re capable of. I believe people are capable of so much, and my goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you achieve what you want to get out of your one, incredible life.
Therapy is not a one size fits all approach and requires a safe space to share your experiences and to be understood. Every client is unique, and I utilize a variety of approaches such as: CBT, DBT, Mindful-Based Cognitive Therapy, Somatic, ACT, and Emotion Focused Therapy, to tailor treatment to your needs.
I work with adolescents, adults and couples to identify areas for potential change in your life or relationships and then work together to make those changes happen.
I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem/body image issues, grief/loss, trauma, sexual abuse, attachment issues, narcissistic abuse, and more.
