About Monica
I work with children, teens, and adults, and I feel comfortable meeting you wherever you are in your life. My style is confident yet approachable, blending insight with warmth so you can feel both supported and challenged in ways that help you move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, or life transitions, I aim to help you make sense of your experiences and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
As a Latina therapist and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it’s important to me to provide affirming, inclusive care. I am comfortable working with individuals and relationships across a wide range of identities and experiences, including LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and kink-affirming communities. My approach is gender-affirming, body-neutral, and rooted in openness and respect. I believe therapy should be a place where all parts of you are welcome, and where you can explore who you are with honesty, safety, and support.
