About Reycel

I’m Reycel, and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can truly exhale. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to show up just as you are. Clients often tell me they feel at ease quickly with me, and that matters deeply to me. Building a real connection is the foundation for meaningful change.

I bring a warm, down-to-earth energy into the room, along with a sense of curiosity, humor, and care. I’m confident in my work, but I also stay open and collaborative. Therapy isn’t about me having all the answers. It’s about us working together to understand what’s going on for you and finding ways forward that actually fit your life.

I have extensive experience working with children and families, and I genuinely love helping kids express themselves, build confidence, and feel more secure in their world. I also work comfortably with teens, adults, and families across different stages of life. Whether I’m supporting a child through big emotions, helping a teen navigate identity and relationships, or working with adults on stress, anxiety, or life transitions, I tailor my approach to meet each person where they are.

As a Filipina and longtime Bay Area native, I bring both cultural awareness and lived understanding into my work. I value the richness of each person’s background, family system, and identity. Therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where we can explore how your experiences have shaped you with both compassion and clarity.

I tend to be gentle but direct, supportive while also helping you stretch and grow. Sometimes that looks like learning new skills. Sometimes it looks like slowing down and making space for feelings that have been pushed aside. And sometimes it’s about reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel lost or disconnected.
