Sarah (she/they) is a dedicated therapist who believes in the innate capacity of individuals for personal growth and understanding. Her approach is eclectic, designed to meet clients exactly where they are in their personal journeys. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic styles and techniques to best support individuals with diverse needs. She enjoys helping couples rebuild their relationships. She is comfortable getting down on the ground and playing with kiddos to build rapport, and she’s easy for teens and adults to talk to. Sarah has experience working with elementary aged children in a school counseling setting.

Her role is to assist in uncovering these insights and facilitating the desired changes. Sarah strives to create a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
