Who is therapy for?

When you book a consultation, we’ll match you with a therapist based on your individual needs and scheduling availability. During your first visit, your therapist will complete an assessment, and together we’ll map out a treatment plan. What you need from therapy may evolve over time, and we’ll check in with you throughout the course of your treatment to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your experience.

How much does therapy cost?

Your out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your insurance provider and plan. Therapy for Every Body is in network with Aetna and Cigna. However, if you are insured by another provider, you may qualify for partial reimbursement if your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits.

The full fee for a one-hour session is $150. For clients experiencing financial challenges, we have reduced fee slots available, but these spaces are limited and subject to availability. Contact us to learn more.

Do you have to come into the office for treatment?

Therapy for Every Body offers the choice of in person therapy sessions in San Jose, Morgan Hill, or Fremont, or fully remote sessions. That means that even if you don’t come in person, you can experience all of the benefits of a conventional therapy session from the comfort of your own home, office, or (parked) car, anywhere in California.
