I approach my work with the belief that people grow best when they feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure, judgment, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. Clients have shared that I am genuine, warm, and easy to talk to, and I take that feedback to heart. Feeling comfortable and understood is an important part of meaningful change.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in many different environments and with clients across the lifespan. This has shaped my ability to meet people where they are, whether they’re navigating personal challenges, relationship stress, or moments when life feels overwhelming. I have experience supporting individuals who are working through confidence and self-esteem concerns, couples who want to strengthen communication and rebuild trust, and children and families facing school-related or developmental challenges. I also have experience supporting individuals during times of crisis, offering steady and compassionate presence when stability and care matter most.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and identify what feels most important to focus on right now. My hope is that our work supports you in feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself and others, and more confident in the direction you’re moving. You don’t have to do this alone, and you don’t have to have all the answers before we begin.
