I am here to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate challenges and grow toward the life you envision.
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates somatic psychotherapy, attachment-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychoanalysis, and creative modalities like art therapy. Using techniques such as breathwork, sensory awareness, movement, and mindfulness, I guide clients to connect with their inner resources, build emotional resilience, and foster healthier relationships.
As a bilingual therapist fluent in Mandarin and English, I bring cultural sensitivity to my work, tailoring my approach to honor each client’s unique heritage and life experiences. Whether you’re navigating bi-cultural identity, improving parent-child relationships, or healing from trauma, I am here to support. My training at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) also prepared me to work with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, families, and all consensual relationships.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent over a decade as a childbirth educator and doula, supporting families through life’s most transformative moments. This experience deepened my understanding of perinatal and parenting challenges, shaping my passion for supporting clients during life transitions.
As a mother of two, including a teenager, I understand the complexities of family life and the challenges that come with change. I specialize in supporting clients during critical moments such as pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
Together, we can explore the patterns you wish to change and work toward greater self-awareness, balance, and joy in your life.
