I believe counseling should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported. My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences honestly, build greater self awareness, and work toward change that lasts. You do not need to have anything figured out before you begin. Sometimes it starts with simply having somewhere to be truthful about where you are and where you would like to be.

I work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, self esteem concerns, and that heavy feeling of being overwhelmed or stuck. Emotional and physical wellbeing are often deeply connected, something I take seriously in my work with clients living with chronic pain or facing changes they never saw coming. My approach is client centered, collaborative, trauma informed, and strengths based. Rather than applying a single method to everyone who walks through the door, I work alongside you to identify your goals, notice the strengths you already carry, build practical coping skills, and better understand the thoughts and emotions shaping your daily life.

Much of our work involves getting curious about the patterns running underneath the surface, the thoughts that show up automatically and the reactions that follow before you have a chance to catch them. Once those patterns become visible, they become something you can actually work with. Clients often find their anxiety loses some of its grip, their reactions feel less automatic, and hard moments become more manageable because they have real tools to reach for. I also offer faith integrated counseling for clients who want their beliefs to be part of the work, always at their direction and always with respect for their own values and path.

I especially value walking with people through difficult seasons, particularly those trying to rediscover their sense of direction, purpose, and possibility. What I want most is for our work together to help you understand yourself more fully, develop tools for the hard moments, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you want to become. You do not have to navigate every challenge alone, and I would be honored to take those next steps with you.
