I believe that healing begins when we feel truly heard. As a therapist, my deepest intention is to offer a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and feel understood without judgment.
My background as an ESL instructor and my PPS credential in School Counseling have given me the privilege of supporting students, young adults, and immigrants as they navigate new environments, challenges, and identities. These experiences taught me how transformative it can be simply to listen with care, curiosity, and respect.
In addition, I know that work can be a major part of our lives, and when challenges arise, they can deeply affect our sense of stability and self-worth. I help people cope with job loss, career transitions, work-related stress and burnout. Together, we focus on restoring confidence, managing stress, and finding a renewed sense of direction and well-being at work and beyond.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from all walks of life who are seeking hope, connection, and balance. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, I want to help you move forward with greater clarity and compassion for yourself.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Humanistic Therapy, and strengths-based principles. Above all, I lead with empathy and collaboration, meeting you where you are, exploring your story, and uncovering your unique strengths so that your healing feels meaningful and lasting.
