You Feel at Your Wits’ End
The eye rolls. The outbursts. The silence.
One moment they’re distant, the next they’re overwhelmed.
No matter what you say, it doesn’t seem to land.
You know your teen is going through something—but they won’t open up. Or maybe they’re finally talking… and what they’re saying scares you.
Whether it’s anxiety, depression, self-harm, social struggles, or big life changes, you’re starting to realize: They need more support than you can give.
That doesn’t make you a bad parent. It makes you human.
And it means now might be the time to bring in someone who can help.
A Safe Place for Teens to Be Understood And a clear path forward for you as a parent
Teenagers are going through more than ever—emotionally, socially, and neurologically. Their brains are rewiring. Their friendships are shifting. Their identity is forming.
That’s a lot to hold. And most teens don’t want another adult telling them what to do.
That’s why teen therapy isn’t about advice. It’s about building trust, creating a safe space, and helping your teen explore who they are, what they’re feeling, and how to cope with it all.
Our therapists understand teens. We meet them where they are—and help them build real tools for life.
A Practice That’s Different by Design
We’re not like those faceless therapy apps or corporate clinics. Here, your child isn’t just a time slot on a calendar — they’re a unique, growing person with a story that matters.
Here’s what makes us different:
1. Real, Passionate Therapists Who Care
Our therapists truly love working with kids and teens. We believe that therapy can change lives — and that every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported.
2. Evening & Weekend Availability
We know that family life doesn’t stop for therapy. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling — so your child can get the help they need, without disrupting school or family commitments.
3. Therapy That Meets Your Teen Where They Are
Every teen is different. Whether they’re neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, anxious, grieving, or going through a tough transition — we’ll meet them with compassion and understanding, without trying to “fix” who they are.
4. Insurance Made Simple — And Actually Helpful
We accept Aetna & Cigna, making therapy more affordable. And if you have Out-of-Network benefits, we’ll handle all the paperwork — because your child’s healing shouldn’t come with hidden barriers.
5. Multiple Bay Area Locations
With offices in San Jose, Santa Clara, Oakland, Fremont, and Morgan Hill — plus telehealth throughout California — therapy is always within reach.
You Don’t Have to Keep Doing This Alone Let’s make your home feel calmer—and your teen feel more like themselves.
Therapy isn’t about fixing your teen. It’s about helping them feel seen, supported, and strong enough to handle life’s challenges.
Whether you’re looking for a reset, extra support, or long-term care—we’re here to help.
